Most of this money was given to the Arms And Munitions Industry to provide same for Ukraine. And the rest for paying the salaries of those rich Oligarchs and Nazis that run the country.
However, the US Congress is still reluctant to keep proper accounts for this money.
I guess they are afraid of the graft being discovered.
