Please do yourself a favor and review the A.O.W. (Any Other Weapons) provision of the National Firearms Act prior to printing this weapon.
In its current form, the barrel in the C.A.D. file appears to have a smooth bore. Printing a weapon with such a barrel could be interpreted by the A.T.F. as “creating an A.O.W. which is an act requiring special registration, and possibly even possession of a Federal Firearms License.
As trivial and arbitrary as this law may seem, it’s not a law you want to be be caught breaking.
The Liberator is NOT an A.O.W. For it to become an A.OW, the smooth bore pistol must be designed, or re-designed to fire a shotgun shell. In any pistol caliber this would be regarded as a smooth bore pistol and is not an N.F.A. item.
