Accountability Within The Criminal Justice System In Guyana!
I cannot recall since we got our Independence any situation, where the Guyana Police Commissioner or Service, was forced to publicly acknowledge any wrong doing, or suffered any reprisals for not doing so.
This kind of Public Acknowledgement and Reproach does not exist in Guyana, due to the politics of cronyism, party affiliation, and patronage.
Until these three vestiges are removed TOTALLY from our Public Institutions, we will continue to get platitudes, and false promises whenever some Major Injustice is perceived by the commonweal, or some citizen.

Then the Army stepped in to stop mass bloodshed and insecurity, resulting into another military intervention by the Army, led by General Sisi.
Who is now contesting for the presidency!
