This precaution is to ensure that the Official Political Administration stays in tact, to continue the role of governance in any crisis scenario.
GUYANA should consider such an arrangement too.
Our Parliament, Prime Minister, and the President, should be moved to a very safe and secure place in a National Crisis situation.
This may seem far fetched right now, but with Global Terrorism. It is only a matter of time before it becomes a reality in Guyana.
Never Underestimate The Significance Of Touch:
The human animal shows affection through, words, deeds, and touch.
But for any emotional relationship to grow and develop all of the above MUST be used.
Mothers don’t need hugs from their offspring regularly.
Fathers don’t either.
But TWO total strangers that feel affection for each other, need hugs, expressed affection through words and deeds, and SEX.
Failing to initiate and indulge in all of the above methods, can do irreparable damage to any relationship.

This was the norm in the Greek islands, the Roman Empire, the Ottoman Empire, the British, and Spanish Empire.
The slave trade was created because of this reality. They bought from whomever wanted to sell people.
And it did not matter what ethnicity you were. You were bought and sold, and even abducted into slavery, if you could not prove your citizenship, freedom, or heritage.
