In any country, the Capital city should be the Show piece or template, highlighting the mentality and culture of the people generally.
But in Guyana, the Central government despises the Capital City Georgetown, because it does not comprise the majority of it’s political supporters therein.
And therefore does not get the necessary funding for it’s upkeep either.
